Mohammad Talib Khan currently serves as the Director of the Division of Capacity Building and Fellowships at the Centre for Discourse, Fusion, and Analysis (CDFA). In this role, he is responsible for designing and overseeing training programs, fellowship initiatives, and leadership development platforms aimed at nurturing young researchers, policy enthusiasts, and grassroots changemakers. He also serves as the Head of Staff for CDFA’s Campus Ambassadors and Interns network, supervising a dynamic group of students and volunteers from across the country.

As an Ex-officio Member of both the CDFA Governing Council and Executive Council, he contributes actively to institutional decision-making, operational strategy, and inter-departmental coordination. His administrative insight and leadership capabilities have been vital in building CDFA’s internal human resource frameworks, performance structures, and mentorship ecosystems.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Lucknow and has completed two Master’s degrees — one in History and another in Social Exclusion and Inclusive Policy from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi. His interdisciplinary training allows him to bridge historical understanding with contemporary social justice frameworks, particularly in areas such as inclusion, marginalization, capacity development, and democratic participation.

Known for his organized leadership, effective communication, and institutional discipline, Talib Khan has led several organizational campaigns, outreach programs, and field engagement drives. His pragmatic approach and ability to coordinate diverse teams have made him a core pillar in CDFA’s administrative and training functions.
