Hiba Khan serves as the Divisional Director of the Division of Education and Fellowships, and Coordinator of the Department of Design and Creativity at CDFA Research Foundation. She holds a graduate degree in Political Science and English from the University of Delhi and is currently pursuing her B.Ed. in Special Education, with a specialization in Learning Disabilities, at Jamia Millia Islamia. Hiba is deeply committed to fostering inclusive education and believes in the transformative power of learning tailored to individual needs.

Alongside her academic pursuits, she possesses a profound passion for creativity and the arts, which she seamlessly integrates into her professional work. With her refined aesthetic sensibility, innovative vision, and dedication to nurturing talent and design thinking, Hiba plays a pivotal role in shaping CDFA’s initiatives, ensuring they are both impactful and inspiring.
