Fazlurrahman is the Divisional Director of the Division of Outreach, Events and Dialogues at CDFA. A Research Scholar (PhD History) at Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad, he holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and Public Administration from Jamia Millia Islamia, along with dual Master’s degrees in Urdu from Jamia Millia Islamia and History from Siddharth University. In addition, he has completed a B.Ed. in Special Education from the Faculty of Education, Jamia Millia Islamia.

An accomplished educator, he currently serves as a Faculty Member of History at both Shaheen IAS Academy and Shaheen Degree College in Bidar, Karnataka. His expertise lies in academic engagement, institutional collaboration, and fostering inclusive dialogues. At CDFA, he oversees events, public outreach, and inter-institutional dialogue, playing a key role in expanding the organisation’s academic and social impact.

Fazlurrahman is also a founding member of The Social Crowd India, a community-based initiative focused on grassroots engagement and social development.
