Mr. Mohammad Hashim, an Advocate of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, is a distinguished professional who brings together over four decades of experience in policing and a strong foundation in law. A graduate of the University of Allahabad, he further honed his professional skills at the Police Training College, Sitapur and the Police Training Academy, Moradabad, institutions where he developed deep expertise in criminology, investigation, and the complexities of law and order administration. He later pursued law at the University of Lucknow, adding academic rigor and legal specialization to his extensive practical experience.

During his distinguished 42-year career in policing, he held several critical responsibilities across Uttar Pradesh in various districts such as Lucknow, Kanpur, Hardoi, Allahabad, Fatehpur, Pratapgarh, Kaushambi, Raebareli and Mahoba and Chitrakoot of Bundelkhand region, contributing to effective governance, crime prevention, and public safety. His outstanding service has been recognized with the President’s Police Medal for Meritorious Service and the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service, among the highest honors for policing excellence in India.

Transitioning to the legal profession, he now specializes in criminal and procedural law, bringing unmatched insight into the interplay between investigation, enforcement, and judicial processes.
